With Calmer Llama Coaching, each private, 1-hour session is provided over the phone or via video conferencing, at a time and frequency to fit your schedule. Each session costs £80, with discounts for blocks of 3 or 6 sessions when pre-booked.

Calmer Llama offers a free initial consultation – this provides an opportunity for you to find out more about coaching, discuss specific areas that you’d like to work on, and ask any questions you may have. There’s no obligation to continue after this first session.
